It all depends on how much you use it and for how long. If you buy a cordless one, you are not going to have very much time to use it, because the battery will die shortly after starting it up. Cordless also tends to be more expensive, so if it's not in your budgest you may want to consider one of the other two.
You should purchase a gas powered leaf blower that makes as little noise as possible. Leaf blowers tend to be loud, but you can buy some that have baffles that deflect noise. These too may also be a little bit more expensive, but you should decide from the start how much you are willing to spend so your selection will be narrowed, making your choice easier. Chances are, the leaf blower that you purchase will have 2 speeds, which is standard on most leaf blowers. Once again, the most important aspects of purchasing a leaf blower of any kind is to make sure that the company you are buying it from is trustworthy and sells good products that won't quit on you in the first year or so. Ask people you know who have leaf blowers to see which kind they have to give you a better idea of what to get for yourself.
