Installing Landscape Lighting

Do you have any suggestions on how we save our earth?

Please pass this on to your email list.
The time to do these things is now.
1. Turn off lights when not being used.
2. Follow your local lawn watering ordinances
3. If you work in a clean environment cut down on showers.
4. Buy cloth shopping bags.
5. Use public transportation when you can.
6. Plan your car trips so that you can do several errands at the same time.
7. Separate your recyclable trash.
8. replace your lawn with nature landscaping.
9. Save rain water for watering plants and lawns.
10. Install solar panels.
11. Use drip watering for your garden.
12. Use a bicycle.
13. Laundry detergents call for FOUR TIMES what is needed. Use 1/4, then add baking soda or borax- the damage to the water table and the environment which is dependant upon it can be greatly reduced this way.
14. Do not use those disposable diapers- they are anything BUT disposable.
15. Disinfected by using vinegar, lemon juice

May I suggest something for # 16, fundie execution day, when we put all the fundies in a giant arena, and give each one a grenade. We then tell them that the one survive gets to see god. Than, if any survive, we dress someone up like Jesus and give him a high powered rifle, and let him practice his accuracy.

Installing Garden Landscape Lighting the Easy Way

If you've thought about putting in your own exterior yard lights but thought it was too complicated, I would like to inform you that it is not. Outside yard lights can be easy to install if you have a design in mind. A first rate design is a required component of any exterior yard lights set up. Outside yard lighting comes in a number of different variations and before you start preparing, you ought to decide which choice you want to go with. Moreover, you are going to want to stay open to new lawn design concepts that may just allow you to devise something that simply surprises you.

The Two Kinds of Outside Landscape Lighting

The first kind of exterior yard lights is wired, electric exterior yard lights. If you are planning to install this, you are going to need to have an accessible electrical outlet on the outside of your home. Each of the lights is connected by a string of protected electric cable. Planning for this setup you should consider both the lights and the cord they are connected to. Prior to placing any of the lights, it is recommended that you start by outlining your front or back landscape, depending on where the lights are being installed. Draw out and measure the same distance between each of the lights then plot them out inside your yard. You will want to be sure that you have plenty of cable and space for the cable behind the lights.

The advantages of going with the electric exterior yard lighting scheme are that you are able to switch it on and off when you want, it constantly has power, and you can purchase more powerful lights for the installation. The wired installations are usually less expensive too.

The alternative style of exterior yard lighting installation makes us of solar lights. A solar lighting installation employs sunlight and charges up in daylight then switches on when it gets dark. These systems are very easy to set up and don't need the amount of designing that the cabled installation does. Besides that, it is quite easy to move the lights in the event you don't like your initial setup. There is no upkeep needed for this style of system and it is very easy to maintain. If any component gets broken it can easily be replaced.

The advantages of installing the solar lighting arrangement are how easy it is to put in and how easy it is to adjust. This style of system can also be repaired very fast if there are some issues with the lights in the system. The primary disadvantage is that they typically are more expensive and are not quite as bright as the electric system. Also, this style of exterior yard lights requires nearly 8 hours per day of daylight to be entirely charged up, so if you live in a region with little sunlight it can be tough to keep the system working and the lights glowing bright.

As you can tell there are pros and cons to both systems, so be sure to consider your locality before you come up with your final decision.
